Do you take charge?

We grow up casually throwing the word'health' around. What really comes to mind when they mention 'health'?Do you only wait till a pain nudges you to visit a health care practitioner? Should that be the case, do you passively or actively participate in the whole treatment process?

It is paramount that an individual takes charge of their health with or with no health scares experienced. This goes a long way in the management of health, from finances to even enjoying better health.

This would then mean that an individual is informed on how to take their medication, how to take the medication and what to take the medication with. This is in the case of a sick individual.

For a healthy individual, information about healthy eating and healthy lifestyle practices would go along way. What would your take be?
